Death Card

“Death Card” was our entry for the second Facepunch hosted s&box game jam. It placed 2nd out of 100+ entries and won $13,000 USD.

The game is a procedurally generated dungeon crawler built around destructible voxels. You pick a starting class, move through the dungeon, fight enemies, and build up your character as you go.

My role was similar to the previous game jam. I was one of the main programmers, mostly working on systems, networking, gameplay, and UI. During the jam I helped turn a lot of rough ideas into shippable features, including networked gameplay pieces, general game flow, and player-facing UI.
